Cover of Bird Study journalIf you want to know even more about field ornithology then why not sign up as a BTO Fellow and receive your own subscription to the ornithology journal Bird Study. Bird Study publishes high quality papers in field ornithology; especially when related to evidence-based bird conservation. Subscribers to the July issue of Bird Study learned, amongst other things, about the status of Britain’s Red-throated Divers, wind-farm casualties, the spread of White-tailed Sea-Eagles, declining numbers of Scottish Corn Buntings, nesting Yellow Wagtails and the benefits to a female Pied Flycatcher of choosing a male prepared to help build a nest.
